Before
the cooling or
heating seasons it is a good idea to have your system checked out by
one of our maintenance experts. Small problems can become bigger
problems as your system continues to run.
Remember, just as your automobile
needs regular
maintenance so does your air conditioning system. You should clean or
replace your air filters each month.

What
will be performed during each Periodic Maintenance:
Furnace:
• Check and adjust safety controls
• Clean burners
• Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
• Lubricate as needed
• Test for combustion leaks
• Test safety shut-off response
• Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment
• Check flue for satisfactory operation
Air
Conditioner/Heat Pump:
• Clean condenser coil
• Check for loose electrical connections
• Adjust system for optimum efficiency
• Check safety fuses
• Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment
• Check refrigerant level (*extra charge if refrigerant is
required)
• Check condensation drain & lubricate as needed
